7 Steps to the Season

After Registering online or in-person under "The Squad" w/GCYFC:​

1. Complete the 2023 Registration Packet and provide a paper copy to your team business manager
   1. ​​Waiver
   2. Registration Forms
   3. Copy of Birth Certificate
   4. Copy of 2020-2021 School Year Report Card (must list all 4 quarters or both semesters)
2. Obtain medical clearance from a physician/mid level provider using the following form and then upload it into your NSID player login and provide a paper copy to your team business manager 
   1. AIA Form 
3. Complete the National Sports ID (NSID) age verification ($11) and provide a paper copy of the certification to your team business manager. Please ensure you upload a recent, clear "headshot" of the player as this photo will be used for the game day check-in process (this is critical).​

5. ​Obtain gear/equipment for the season
6. ​Download the appropriate team communication app. This is our primary communications tool as an organization and as teams ​
