Coaching & Volunteering

​Interested in coaching and/or mentoring youth? We are committed to building a highly experienced, capable and motivated team of coaches and volunteers who are willing to take our organization and these young athletes to the next level.

We keep it pretty simple;

1. Be humble and stay coachable yourself
2. Be willing to put in the time, effort and work
3. Teach the basics
4. Show respect to all
5. Teach discipline / Demanding but not demeaning
6. Maintain player safety
7. NO DRAMA!

​If you are willing to commit to these basic rules it is likely we may be able to use you. We are looking for coaches and volunteers in all of our programs and capacities so reach out today. Head coaches will make the final determination based on team needs and fit.

Steps to being a coach or manager:

1. All coaches, managers and volunteers must complete the inquiry below. Once you receive approval from the Club Managers and/or the Head Coach then;
2. Register on GCYFC as a coach. It will cost $15 for a background check.
3. Additional training may be required.

*Each team must have 1 staff members with a current CPR certification
